HD GLOBAL ELC

ASTM D6210 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol OAT, Extended Life Antifreeze / Coolant (ELC)
MAXTECH HD Global ELC is a new generation of OAT (organic acid technology), extended life antifreeze designed for mixed fleets of heavy duty diesel engines and equipment. It is formulated to be free of nitrite, nitrate, silicate, phosphate, borates, amines, and 2-EH. MAXTECH HD Global ELC can also be used in many light-duty and passenger vehicles.

HD EXTENDED LIFE NOAT

ASTM D6210 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol OAT w/ Nitrite & Molybdate, ELC
MAXTECH HD NOAT is formulated with nitrite and molybdate for extra protection in heavy-duty diesel applications. This formulation eliminates the need for chemical filters and supplemental coolant additives (SCA’s) and is free of phosphate, silicate, amine, and borate. It is compatible with other HD OAT coolants like CAT ELC (EC-1 specification).

HD/LD HYBRID

ASTM D6210 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol Hybrid OAT, Extended Service Antifreeze / Coolant (ESI)
MAXTECH HD / LD Hybrid is a low-silicate, non-phosphate antifreeze suitable for autmotive/light-duty and heavy-duty diesel applications. This coolant is pre-charged, meaning it contains a minimum of 1200 ppm nitrites and contains a combination of inorganic and organic chemistry providing extended service life.

HD CONVENTIONAL

ASTM D6210 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol Heavy-Duty Pre-Charged Antifreeze / Coolant
MAXTECH HD Conventional is fully formulated and pre-charged with supplemental coolant additives (SCA’s) and contains a minimum 1,200 ppm nitrite. It provides excellent protection from cavitation erosion/corrosion is water pumps and wet sleeve cylinder liners as well as multi-metal systems.

LD GLOBAL ELC

ASTM D3306 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol OAT, Extended Life Antifreeze / Coolant
MAXTECH LD Global ELC is designed for busy shops that want one product to service their domestic or foreign cars, SUV’s, and light-duty trucks and vans. It is formulated as a pure organic acid technology (OAT) that does not contain any phosphate, silicate, borate, nitrate, or nitrite and is compatible with all types of engine coolants.

LD EXTENDED LIFE

ASTM D3306 – Prediluted 50/50 Ethylene Glycol OAT Light-Duty, Extended Life Antifreeze / Coolant
MAXTECH LD Extended Life Coolant contains a pure organic acid technology (OAT) inhibitor system for light duty / automotive with 5 YR / 150,000 Mile service life. This product is suitable for use in foreign and domestic passenger cars, vans, SUV’s, and light-duty trucks requiring ELC’s with 2-ethylhexanoic acid.

COOLANT TESTING

MAXTECH Engine Coolants come packed with coolant analysis testing to ensure proper coolant maintenance. Great for fleet managers looking to minimize asset down-time and ensure engine longevity and for repair facilities to add extra value to their customer experience. Coolant testing programs include in-field test strips for quick indication or certified laboratory analysis for full analytical evaluation of in-service coolants.
