Friday 12/23 through Sunday 12/25 Western and Central New York will experience severe cold, rain, snow, and extremely high winds. Friday morning rain will hard freeze as temperatures drop from 40 degrees to the teens in the afternoon. From then on, expect 24” – 36” in the most persistent lake snow locations, with wind speeds of up to 70 MPH!
